Learn the Basic Penis Jelqing Exercise

>> Penis enlargement exercises have been known and practiced for centuries in different (especially Arab) countries worldwide. Some young Arab men who are about to get married use a very popular exercise called Jelqing to help them enlarge their penis and keep it healthy and full functional.

The Jelq exercise (aka Jelqing or Milking) has widely invaded other cultures and nations around the globe, and has become one of the most popular and effective penis enlargement techniques. There have also been researches and clinical tests to produce professional, safe and medically proven versions of this penis enlargement exercise.

The main objective of this exercise is to force the expansion and multiplication of the cell walls of the corpora cavernosa (the main three spongy chambers inside the body of the penis) and increase blood flow to the penis by the constant "milking" of the penis. This improves the natural growth of the penis and also helps treat erectile dysfunction naturally.

How to Jelq/Milk Your Penis?

Just like almost any other exercise, you should do a warm up routine before starting the main Jelq exercise. A warm up is necessary to avoid any injury to the genitals and prepare your penis by increasing blood flow to it. Follow the following simple steps to warm up:

  1. Massage the shaft and head of your penis gently using one hand until it is semi-erect (not fully erect).
  2. Wrap a wet, warm washcloth around your semi-erect penis for about 7 minutes (This is done to increase blood circulation in your genitals).

After that remove the washcloth, and apply a lubricant (e.g. baby, or olive oil) to your penis, and then start Jelqing with these simple steps:

  1. With your thumb and forefinger make an OK sign and use those two fingers to firmly encircle the base of your penis.
  2. Start pulling this OK grip from the base, through the shaft, to the head of your penis to force more blood to flow into your penis.
  3. When your OK grip reaches the head of the penis, release it and simultaneously apply another OK grip to the base of your penis using your free hand and repeat the milking movement.
  4. Repeat steps 1-3 using both hands one after another.

How Long/Often Should You Jelq?

The Jelq exercise should be done once daily. Generally speaking, it's recommended that beginners follow the following Jelqing routine:

1st week: 5 minutes daily.
2nd week: 10 minutes daily.
3rd week: 15 minutes daily.
4th week and onwards: 20-30 minutes daily.

Precaution:

Avoid milking your penis while it is fully erect to avoid any damage or injury. Your penis should stay semi-erect throughout the Jelq exercise. In case you get a full erection during the exercise you should stop it for a while until you're back to a semi-erect state.

It's recommended that you also do a warm down after you finish the exercise. The warm down steps are similar to those of the warm up routine mentioned above.
